The Renaissance of Gin
Having disappeared for half a century, our brewers have decided to bring distillation back to the heart of the city of Bruges.
The latter was mentioned for the first time in the 13th century, in Bruges! And its first written recipe dates back to the 16th century, in Antwerp. Our two gins, Jonge and Hop, one of which pays homage to history and the other to the brewers, are particularly fine and delicate.
