Den Os Single Cask Malt

Our single malt is born from local malted barley, distilled in a copper pot still and then patiently aged in a single cask. Time does the rest, creating a woody roundness, notes of vanilla and candied fruits, a long and honeyed finish.
Each bottle is drawn from a single cask. No other will resemble it. This is our definition of single cask: an expression that will never be replicated identically.
Den Os Single Cask Grain
Batch 2 · Vintage 2025
A lighter and livelier expression, our single grain reveals a floral framework, a delicate palate, a refined signature. Distilled in column and then aged in a single cask, it expresses a different version of Den Os's craftsmanship.
It speaks softly to those who seek precision over power.
