Bruges, new cradle
of Belgian whiskies.
Our story goes back to a small street in Bruges, the Rozendalstraat, where the brewery Den Os operated a distillery in the 19th century. At that time, they distilled gin, creating a heritage that we are proud to carry on today.
For the first time, the city of Bruges becomes the cradle of an artisanal distillation of exceptional whiskies. The Den Os whiskies are not only the result of unique local know-how, they challenge the codes of distillation by bringing a brewing approach.
Entirely composed of Single Cask Whiskies, the range of the brewery stands out for its authenticity and for a quality of rare preciousness.
A tribute
to Bruges
Each bottle numbered pays tribute to Bruges with illustrations of its iconic buildings and elements of the brewery, integrated into a Bruges lace that forms the beef "Den Os".
Every detail invites exploration, reflecting the craftsmanship and local heritage of the distillery.

Each cask gives rise to a limited series of 350 to 500 numbered bottles. Each edition is unique.

- Elegant harmony of ripe fruits, warm spices and earthy depth. Rye quickly asserts itself with its spicy notes. The finish is long, elegant and complex.
